Responsibilities

 To prepare the techno-commercial offer document and cost estimate for client by
understanding the client requirements, while ensuring continuity of customer service to client
 Understanding the user requirement specification (URS) document received from client
 Interacting with client to seek clarifications and additional information if required regarding the
URS
 Knowledge and understanding of the complete process for proposal making documents and cost
estimation
 Designing the P&ID’s based on client specifications
 Prepare technical proposal based on the client requirement
 Advising client on technical aspects
 Basic knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components
 Basic knowledge about utility consumption and line sizing calculation
 Providing cost estimation for the components used (by interacting with vendors and seeking
quote)
 Respond to clients changes and revise existing proposals
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure time and cost efficiency
 Attending meetings with client related to offer clarification
 Maintain up-to- date information in the CRM system
 Any other tasks required by the manager or business development team
 Handing over to DDE internal team the finally agreed proposal / contract  with client on receipt
of PO from client
 Co-ordinating with marketing coordinator for timelines of offer submission.

 Client facing skills
 Ability to manage customer relationships and communicate effectively both with both senior
managers, technical specialist and production team
 Proposal /technical document writing experience is preferred.
 Travelling to attend meetings with client
 Person required with highest integrity since he / she is handling confidential / sensitive data
